Shipping
At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order, which will also be, noted on your Order Confirmation email. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and/or nationally observed US holidays. Standard shipping orders can take up to 48 hours to process; express or overnight orders placed after 1 PM will ship on the next business day.
Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.
We ship to all US territories.
Tracking Number
A tracking number will be emailed to you after your purchases.
Backorders
If an item is on backorder, an email will be sent to you with a new re stock date. You will receive an email if there are any changes to the statuses of your items. You will not be charged for backordered items until they have shiped.
In the event that your order includes a backordered item, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order at a later time. If you have any questions regarding any backordered items, please email danny.sanchez1995@yahoo.com
What is D.Sanchez’s (RETURN POLICY)?
Every garment, is custom made to our clients measurements. Unfortunately once the construction processes has been started for the garment, there will be no refunds. If your garment has been damaged from our companies end via shipping, we will offer to fix the damages one time free of charge. There will be a fee on garments that are sent back with multiple alteration changes such as hemming the pants higher, shortening the sleeve, etc.(Starting alteration fee is $25). Every garment is final sale and non returnable.
